Reyna Houssein
Founder & Executive Director
Hello, I'm Reyna Houssein!
With a graduate degree in Social Work and fluency in French and English, I have always been passionate about helping others and building bridges between communities. My journey began in the picturesque city of Strasbourg, France, was enriched by the vibrant culture of Ontario, and continues to flourish in the dynamic landscape of Calgary, Alberta. Accompanying me on this adventure is my spirited Pomsky, Royal, whose boundless energy and joy inspire me every day. Together, we tackle life's challenges and celebrate its triumphs, always striving to make a positive impact on the world around us.
The Royal Fusion Foundation is super close to my heart, sparked by my two amazing nieces. They're tough, full of life, and show what young people can do when they believe in themselves. Seeing them push forward reminds me of the hard times I've seen, some in my own family, where kids didn't get the support or chances they needed to grow strong. That's what lit a fire in me to make a real difference and make sure no young person gets left out.
RFF comes from my own story, and what we want is simple: a world where every kid, no matter where they start, has what they need, tools, chances, and support, to stand up and chase their dreams.
Together, we can stop neglect in its tracks and build a brighter, fairer future for all young people!

About Our Foundation
The Royal Fusion Foundation represents a bold vision to transform how we support underrepresented youth and families in our community. Founded on principles of compassion, integrity, and innovation, we're preparing to launch a comprehensive support system that addresses the root causes of youth neglect and family instability.
Our Genesis Story
The Royal Fusion Foundation came to life through its founder, Reyna Houssein, inspired by her close connection to her nieces. These two lively young women showed her how much a little guidance and support can change everything for a kid. Our name says it all: we believe every young person deserves respect, and by mixing community power, expert skills, and real care, we can help them find their way to success.
We took root in 2024, pouring our hearts into every step; from crafting programs with purpose, forging bonds with kindred spirits, and preparing to unveil our vision to the world. What began as a single, quiet dream has blossomed into a steadfast foundation, poised to ignite lasting change and uplift our community in ways that echo far beyond today.
Our Approach & Goals
What sets the Royal Fusion Foundation apart is our holistic, multi generational approach. We recognize that supporting youth effectively means supporting their entire ecosystem—families, schools, and communities. By 2030, we aim to:
- Support over 2,500 youth through our mentorship and educational programs
- Provide comprehensive family support services to at least 1,000 families in crisis
- Establish a dedicated youth center that serves as a safe space for learning and growth
